I april samlet Soul children gathering vest 2024 totalt syv kor fra hele Vestlandet i Bergen for \u00e5 sammen \u00f8ve inn sanger som ble fremf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 en storslagen gathering-konsert i Bergen Frikirke l\u00f8rdag 20.april. Med CREW fra Bergen soul children i spissen, ble dette en kjempesuksess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soul children konseptet er et korkonsept som strekker seg over hele verden. Med rundt 300 kor p\u00e5 verdensbasis og rundt 150 kor internasjonalt, er bevegelsen en av de raskest voksende korbevegelsene verden over. Soul children jobber ut fra tre likeverdige s\u00f8yler; \u00e5ndelig, musikalsk og sosialt. I stedet for \u00e5 bare v\u00e6re et kor som fokuserer p\u00e5 det musikalske, skal soul children ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en arena for vekst sosialt og \u00e5ndelig i den kristne tro. I arbeidet og dr\u00f8mmen med soul children gathering i Bergen, var disse s\u00f8ylene viktige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helgen bestod av \u00e5pningsm\u00f8te, bli-kjent-kveld, morgenm\u00f8te, kor\u00f8velser, sosiale aktiviteter, ledersamling, voksenkor, teens-kor, lydpr\u00f8ve, filmkveld, konsert og gudstjeneste. En stor variasjon som samlet korister p\u00e5 tvers av kommuner og kor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For lederCREWet i Bergen soul children var det viktig \u00e5 jobbe m\u00e5lrettet i forhold til de tre s\u00f8ylene. Med morgenm\u00f8tet og kveldsm\u00f8tet ble det jobbet mye for \u00e5 sikre god forkynnelse for koristene. Det musikalske blir lett et stort fokus i en slik helg, men her er ogs\u00e5 formidlingen et like s\u00e5 viktig holdepunkt for budskapet vi synger. For \u00e5 jobbe med det sosiale og fellesskapet koristene imellom, hadde vi denne helgen laget et helt eget milj\u00f8team. Dette teamet var best\u00e5ende av studenter med et \u00f8nske om \u00e5 f\u00e5 bety en forskjell og kunne v\u00e6re trygge forbilder for koristene. I l\u00f8pet av helga fikk vi se hvor viktige disse studentene var for at koristene skulle oppleve seg sett og inkludert i fellesskapet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under koristene sitt opplegg ble det ogs\u00e5 avholdt egen ledersamling for korledere. Her fikk ledere snakket om egne erfaringer, dele fra eget kor, jobbet med de tre s\u00f8ylene og forh\u00e5pentligvis ogs\u00e5 sitte igjen med gode tips og erfaringer de kan ta med seg hjem. For \u00e5 sitere en av de eldste lederne som hadde bursdag i l\u00f8pet av helga: \u00abDette er den beste bursdagen jeg noen gang har hatt!\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi ser med stor takknemlighet tilbake p\u00e5 det vi fikk ta del i denne helgen i april p\u00e5 Soul children gathering vest 2024. Barn, unge, voksne og studenter som sammen f\u00e5r st\u00e5 i et fellesskap med Jesus i sentrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
