Totalt er det n\u00e6rmere 3 \u00e5rsverk p\u00e5 Horve, i tillegg til timel\u00f8nnede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er satt i gang en prosess med bygging av nytt hovedbygg.\nDaglig leder m\u00e5 regne med \u00e5 v\u00e6re involvert i dette arbeidet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Egenskaper og kvalifikasjoner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gode lederegenskaper og evnen til \u00e5 heie fram andre<\/li><li>Evner for \u00f8konomisk styring<\/li><li>Kjennskap til leirstedsarbeidet<\/li><li>Erfaring med arbeid p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kken<\/li><li>Gode relasjonelle ferdigheter og kommunikasjonsevner<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f8ker m\u00e5 kunne identifisere seg med Normisjon sin visjon og\nverdier. Det vil bli lagt vekt p\u00e5 personlig egnethet ved ansettelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbeidstiden vil variere. Det m\u00e5 p\u00e5regnes kvelds- og helgearbeid i perioder, mens det andre perioder er roligere. Leirstedet er normalt stengt i julen og juli.
