Vi ser etter deg som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 \u00e5 utvikle og veilede v\u00e5re ledere, med hovedfokus p\u00e5 Stemnestaden leirsted, men ogs\u00e5 andre steder i regionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arbeidsoppgaver:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ledertrening: Utvikle og gjennomf\u00f8re oppl\u00e6ring og kurs for ledere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leirarbeid: Bidra i planlegging og gjennomf\u00f8ring av leirer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oppf\u00f8lging: St\u00f8tte og f\u00f8lge opp frivillige ledere i deres arbeid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veiledning: Veilede ledere for \u00e5 hjelpe dem \u00e5 utvikle sine ferdigheter og potensial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kvalifikasjoner:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kjennskap til Acta\/Normisjon og frivillig arbeid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant utdanning innen ledelse, pedagogikk, teologi eller tilsvarende er \u00f8nskelig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evne til \u00e5 arbeide selvstendig og ta initiativ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gode kommunikasjonsevner og evne til \u00e5 formidle til barn og unge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evne til \u00e5 se potensialet i andre og hjelpe dem \u00e5 utvikle sine talenter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vi tilbyr:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En meningsfull og variert arbeidshverdag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muligheten til \u00e5 p\u00e5virke og forme fremtidige ledere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleksibilitet i arbeidstid og arbeidssted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbeidstiden vil variere, men det m\u00e5 p\u00e5regnes kvelds- og helgearbeid i perioder.
